Trademarks, Copyright, and Confidentiality
All information, text, graphics, audio/video recordings, and other material of this website and all manuals, training, and coaching materials provided by the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches are copyrighted. Any unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, display or other use of this material is prohibited. All Rights Reserved.
Equal Opportunity Policy
PAAC follows a non-discrimination policy and provides equal opportunity within our programs and training courses to everyone irrespective of age, gender, ethnic or national origin, race, color, sexual orientation, gender identification, marital status, disability, religious or ethical belief, economic background, or language.
Ethics Policy
PAAC is committed to the highest professional standards for the coaching profession, and we promote these standards in our programs. Thus, we reference and support the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics as found on the ICF website. We also reference and support the Accredited ADHD & Life Coach Training Program (ADDCA) Code of Ethics as found on the ADDCA website. PAAC has established certain standards of behavior and policy for this learning environment. When students are admitted to any of the PAAC credentialing programs, they accept a commitment to adhere to these standards, including the ADHD Coach Code of Conduct.
Course Starting Date Policy
PAAC strives to adhere to the scheduled program start dates. If it becomes necessary to change the start date due to unexpected circumstances, PAAC will notify participants as soon as possible.
Program Cancellation Policy
A minimum enrollment policy is enforced to ensure an optimal learning experience. A program could be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstance, or other scheduling issues that might arise. Please note that PAAC receives many last-minute registrations and/or transfers, so many times we cannot determine the status of enrollment until very close to the start date. If PAAC is booked to capacity, PAAC will notify applicants, offer other program schedule options, or provide the appropriate refund for said program. PAAC reserves the right to cancel a course if circumstances deem it necessary and with as much notice as possible.
Recording Policies
PAAC reserves the right to record all sessions and use all recordings for educational/training purposes. All recordings are the property of the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC) and cannot be used or distributed.
PAAC may, at times, be subject to audit by the ICF and/or ADDCA as part of the credentialing renewal processes. The ICF and/or ADDCA may audit student records, classes, and exams as part of the credentialing renewal process. Participants agree to allow your records and session recordings to be accessible for auditing purposes.
Certification, Requirements, and Revocation
To ensure quality training, credentialing is at the sole discretion of the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC). Participants will be required to pass minimum requirements within an allotted time period based on the credentialing program you are enrolled in. All requirements and timelines are found in the Policies & Procedures document which can be accessed in the participant portal upon registration.
Payment of the fees does not guarantee a PAAC credential. Participants cannot apply for a credential if they have an unpaid balance at PAAC.
Your PAAC Credential may at any time be revoked and you agree to return it to the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches if in the opinion of the PAAC Academy, you do not meet the ethical conduct guidelines set down by the ICF and/or ADDCA.
