Linda believes that individuals and families struggling with the challenges of ADHD have the potential to become happier, less stressed, and healthier.
As a coach, Linda works with each client to understand their biggest challenges as well as their strengths and passions. Each ADHD brain has unique wiring. She first helps her clients understand this wiring, then teaches them to work with ADHD—not against it.
Linda also works with family members to help them better understand their loved one’s challenges.
