I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer, an advanced certified ADHD Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), entrepreneur, speaker, mental health advocate, & member of the ICF. I offer ADHD, business, & life coaching for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area (and beyond), with a focus on women in tech, new moms, entrepreneurs, and creatives. I particularly enjoy providing business mentorship for new coaches.

My approach is collaborative and highly customized, beginning and ending with each client’s personal formula for success. I can help you learn how your ADHD brain works, uncover your strengths, get clear on what matters most, and start taking positive, aligned action.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 and recently learned I am also Autistic. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theater, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my condition. I earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and worked as a professional actress. I gained a decade of entrepreneurial expertise running my own digital marketing & web design agency.

As a coach and neurodivergent (ADHD & Autistic) person, I appreciate the value of having an honest, kind, and fiercely compassionate partner to navigate the ups and downs of the neurodivergent journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so you can work toward the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Client Testimonial

“If there’s a word I associate most strongly with the coaching I received from Caitlin, the word would be “clarity”. Caitlin is extremely thoughtful in how she structures her practice and helped me uncover clarity as a client through her strengths-based approach rooted in empathy and expertise. I’m grateful to have found a coach who genuinely champions and invests in her clients’ growth.

As a prospective client, the growing options in the coaching space felt overwhelming and daunting (a feeling that ADHDers know well). Before I started, I was not even sure that I’d be able to derive much value from coaching. Once I had the good fortune to learn of Caitlin’s coaching practice, however, the decision became easy.”
