Barbara Luther, MCAC, MCC, EFT-ADV, MA
Board President & Credentialing Director Co-founder of PAAC
Barbara was a trainer for CoachInc from 1997 to 2011, and she is currently the Director of Training at the ADD Coach Academy. Barbara has been very active with the ICF and its annual conferences through the years, speaking, volunteering, and serving for 6 years as Conference Bookstore Chair and as conference co-chair for the 2006 annual conference. She is a leader in her local St. Louis Coaches chapter, and she has been an active volunteer and speaker for ADDA. She is the author of The Heartful Business Plan, a business plan workbook for coaches, and co-author of the 1,000+ pages of the ADD Coach Academy training curriculum. She also oversaw the successful ICF accreditation of ADDCA’s comprehensive ADHD coach training program.
Barbara specializes in coaching high achievers with ADHD traits who want to take even more of their creative endeavors to completion. Barbara enjoys mentoring new coaches, and offers a space for coaches to continue their learning and community with her Soaring Coaches Circle.
Barbara regularly speaks at the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO) conferences, and she will be speaking at ACO again in 2013. Barbara also speaks at ADDA, ADDCA, and other coaching conferences.
Finally, Barbara is passionate about helping persons affected by ADHD to get the coaching help they want and need, and she is painfully aware of how challenging it is to determine who is a qualified ADHD coach. This is why she’s taken a leadership role in the Professional Association of AHDH Coaches (PAAC) and is committed to helping identify and certify demonstrably competent ADHD coaches.

Her therapy clients receive supportive counseling, cognitive re-framing and psychotherapy. Dr. Sarah’s coaching clients include couples, entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, start-ups and small businesses owners, who want to improve and transform their lives and businesses, work smarter, be more successful and live a more balanced successful life. Dr. Sarah’s focus is on helping her clients unleash their potential, clarify and actualize their goals and desires, harness their strengths, develop strategies to navigate and build solid foundations, and create positive and successful patterns to fulfill their goals and dreams.
Dr. Sarah holds degrees from UCLA and Pepperdine University with a Master’s in Business Administration, and Master’s in Clinical Psychology. Sarah is a Clinical Psychology Doctorate, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Graduate of the MentorCoach School of Coaching and MCC, Certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Certified Authentic Happiness Coach.
Dr. Sarah’s experience includes managing, operating and developing a psychiatric center specializing in ADHD, owning and managing several small businesses, including a Behavioral Health Center. She also is the former CAO of a multi-national Artificial Intelligence Research Company, where she facilitated the company’s acquisition/merger of several specialized engineering companies and the transition to an IPO on the NASDQ.
Dr. Sarah is a Treasurer of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC), an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), former Treasurer of the Los Angeles Chapter of the ICF, the International Association of Coaches, California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the American Hypnosis Association, Hypnotists Union (AFL/CIO), California Women Business Owners, National Women’s Business Association, Worthwhile Referral Service, and several other professional organizations.

Paul O’Connor, MCC
PAAC Board Secretary
A founding partner of an international award-winning, audio-visual production firm, Paul spent over fifteen years honing a talent for successfully coaching and managing scores of highly creative individuals in a high pressure work environment.
Paul’s specialty today is coaching ADHD executives in the business world.
His clientele includes attorneys, doctors, small business owners, creative types, entrepreneurs, and other executives. He enjoys working with those who possess great gifts, but are frequently held back by a variety of ADHD types of challenges.
In addition to being a Master Certified Coach since 2006 through the International Coach Federation, Paul is a certified graduate of Coach U and has been secretary of the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC) since its inception in 2008. Other related memberships include the International Coach Federation, the American Coaching Association, the Attention Deficit Disorder Association, and the ICF- Georgia Charter Chapter.
Paul is a co-author of the book, 365 +1 Ways to Succeed with ADHD, and is a featured coach on the companion CD. He has also authored the report, Success Strategies for ADHD Business Owners, Executives and Professionals, and is currently working on completing a book on ADHD in the workplace.
Paul has been happily married for over 30 years to Nan O’Connor, also an MCC coach, and they reside in Atlanta, GA with an always-interesting menagerie of rambunctious dogs and playful cats.

Elizabeth Vieira-Richard, MCC
Elizabeth is also a Certified Corporate Trainer and Facilitator, and an Adult Educator. She has taught Business, Management, Human Resources, and Labour Relations programs at the College level. She is qualified to deliver and interpret psychological assessment tools, tests and programs.
Prior to starting People Dynamics Inc. in 1994, Elizabeth worked in management leadership positions with Fortune 100 companies in South and North America.
She studied Business Administration (Marketing Major) and Human Resources Management at York University, and Adult Education and Development at St. Francis Xavier University. She completed her undergraduate and graduate coaching education and accreditations at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Coach U, Optimal Functioning Institute, ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), and the InterDevelopMental Institute (IDM). She has a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation from CTI, a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Master Certified Developmental Coach (MCDC) designation from IDM.
Elizabeth is a PCC/MCC Credentialing Assessor with the International Coach Federation for the past 9 years, and became a Faculty member of ADD Coach Academy in 2012. Elizabeth’s past roles with ICF include: Chair and Vice-Chair of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board (IRB), and President of the ICF Global Virtual Community.
Elizabeth volunteers as a Mentor and Coach for female entrepreneurs and business owners, coaches, and Human Resources professionals. She is a Mentor, Big Sister, and past Board Member with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Prince George; and a current Board Member with the Prince George Hospice Society. Elizabeth is a Board Member and Credentialing Chair with the international Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

Alan R. Graham, PhD, MCAC, PCC
PAAC Mental Health Professional Advisor
Dr. Graham received his coach training at MentorCoach and currently teaches the ADHD Coaching Master Classes for MentorCoach. He has been certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Dr. Graham’s experience has included coaching children, adolescents, adults and their families and providing psychological services in therapeutic day schools, inpatient and outpatient settings. While creating his group practices, ACP Consultants and the ADD Centers, he also held the position of adjunct professor at the University of Illinois School of Medicine and at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Graham’s executive coaching and consulting experience has included contributing to the success of many individuals and organizations. His coaching specialties include working with executives with business and organizational challenges; adults; teens; and parents.
As a way of giving back to the profession, Dr. Graham serves as the chair of the steering committee for the American Psychological Association Psychology in the Workplace Network (PWN). He serves on the Professional Advisory Boards of the Chicago CHADD chapter and the Chicago North chapter of the LDA (Learning Disabilities Association). It is in this spirit of service that, with Dr. Bill Benninger, Dr. Graham created ADDvisor.com as a means to share practical information to families and individuals who live with ADHD every day. For six years, ADDvisor.com had been chosen by CHADD to be honored as an Innovative Practice at the CHADD national conference.
Recognized for his work by peers and clients alike, Dr. Graham presents and writes on psychological, ADHD, child and family, coaching and business issues throughout the United States and internationally. Dr. Graham co-authored Lemonade: The Leader’s Guide to Resilience at Work, published in 2012. Dr. Graham is married and has three adult children.

Coach Jay Carter
Jay holds the BBA and MBA from the University of Georgia. His BBA is in Strategic Management and Finance. For the last two years of his undergraduate work he attended the University of Heidelberg and the University of Trier both in Germany where he was fully matriculated with the German student population.
Upon returning to the US, he obtained an MBA from the University of Georgia in operational management and management information systems.
Jay has worked for the best Fortune 100 company in the world since 1997. He is currently a quality manager for the company and chairs the Corporate Quality Council. He also serves as the co-chair of the company’s Disability Advisory Committee which allows him to bring his passion for helping individuals with disabilities and the companies they work for into play in his corporate job.
Jay received his coach training from the ADD Coach Academy and has been active in ADHD coaching for several years. Jay produces The ADHD Weekly Podcast. He also speaks to many organizations on the topic of success in the workplace for people with ADHD or other challenges that fall under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Jay is the Chairman of the Board of the Minnesota Business Leadership Network which is an employer led organization that promotes hiring, training, retaining and recruiting people with disabilities. He also serves on the Corporate Advisory Board for the US Business Leadership Network.
Jay lives near the Twin Cities of St Paul and Minneapolis Minnesota in a rural setting. He and his wife homeschool their three children and raise llamas, chickens and honey bees.
Linda Walker, PCC, B. Adm., ACCG
Marketing and Communications
In addition to her coach training, Ms. Walker holds a B. Admin (Organization), which, coupled with her 20+ years of business experience in roles including business trainer, project manager for an enterprise-wide project and sales, and as an entrepreneur give her a thorough understanding of the challenges of today’s hectic workplace and enable her to offer solutions that get right to the heart of the situation.
She incorporates a wide range of effective tools to solve problems unaddressed by traditional productivity training. She is the creator of The Maximum Productivity Makeover for Adults with ADHD, a six-month program combines training and coaching to empower participants to dramatically improve their contribution at work, while simultaneously creating a healthy work-life balance and begin or re-commit to engaging in activities that make their hearts sing, activities they had only dreamed of pursuing, or that they may have set aside because their daily struggle with ADHD left them too exhausted to pursue.
A passionate and energetic speaker, Linda is an advocate for ADHD, especially among adults, and has been campaigning in Canada to sensitize businesses and insurance companies of the value of investing in helping their employees or beneficiaries with ADHD.
She served for four years as treasurer on the Board of the ICF Montreal-Chapter. She is currently the Chairperson for the ADDA Workplace Issues Committee.

David is a Master Certified Coach, MCC with the International Coach Federation, ICF, and a Master Certified ADHD Coach, with the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches, PAAC, and a Board Certified Coach, BCC, with the Center for Credentialing & Education, CCE. He serves as an advisor to the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC), is a past president (2003-2006) of the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA), the world’s leading organization supporting adults with ADHD and currently serves on their Professional Advisory Board.

Denslow has been a mentor coach and an ADD coach since 1997. She earned her MCC in 2005. She is the founder and president of the Coach Approach for Organizers™ coach training program. Their intro course provides organizers with basic coaching skills to use in their work with organizing clients; the full foundation training program provides organizers competence in stand-alone life and ADHD coaching and a synergy, as an organizer coach, of these two powerful and complementary professions. Through the Institute for Applied Coaching™, Denslow directs the credentialing process for Certified Organizer Coaches® (using ICF’s ACC standards and requirements).
Denslow is the author of two publications: The Processing Modalities Guide: For Organizers, Coaches (and Those Who Want to Live with Ease and Effectiveness and Less Frustration) and Recognizing & Respecting THE LINES: Distinguishing Organizing, Coaching & Psychotherapy. Denslow’s intention in serving on the Professional Advisory Committee is to support PAAC by improving the awareness of both organizers and ADHD coaches of the training and professional standards of both fields – as well as awareness of the effective and unique contributions each group has in service to wholeness for individuals with ADHD.
